We believe there is but one living and true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16; 1 John 5:7; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who suffered, was crucified, died, and was buried, to reconcile us to the Father. We believe Jesus rose again from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and remains there until He returns again to judge all men at the last day (Luke 24:1-7; Romans 1:4; Colossians 2:9).
We believe Jesus Christ shed His blood for the forgiveness of sins and to break the power of sin in the believer's life (Romans 3:25; Ephesians 2:1-10; 1 John 3:5-10).
We believe the Holy Bible is God’s Word (John 10:35; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21). We hold the Bible as infallible while making use of modern English translations.
We believe in a literal Heaven and Hell (Psalm 9:17; Matthew 25:46; Revelation 21:7-8).
We believe we are justified by grace through faith alone (Romans 5:1; Galatians 3:24; Titus 3:5).
We believe in sanctification, which delivers us from the power and dominion of sin (Acts 26:18; 1 John 1:9, 2:1). It is followed by life-long growth in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 4:16; 2 Peter 3:18; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24).
The Holy Spirit was active in the Old Testament and given to Jesus' Church in fullness at Pentecost. He empowers Christians for service and witness, cleanses man from the old nature, and conforms us to the image of Christ. The baptism in the Holy Spirit, subsequent to conversion, releases the fullness of the Spirit and is evidenced by the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit. We encourage every believer to lead a Holy Spirit-filled (controlled) life (Luke 11:13; Acts 1:5; 2:14, 8-17; 10:44-46; 19:6; Galatians 5:22-26; Ephesians 5:18-21).
We believe divine healing for the body and soul is available through what Jesus accomplished in His death on the Cross (Exodus 15:26; Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; Mark 16:14-18; James 5:14-16).
We believe Jesus Christ will return again (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; Titus 2:13; 2 Peter 3:1-4; Matthew 24:29-44), and we love and wait for His appearing (2 Timothy 4:8).
We believe it is the responsibility of every believer to dedicate his life to carrying out the work of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20; Acts 1:8).
