👋 Lead Pastors — William and Lisa Strickland
William and Lisa have served in ministry together since 1994, and they lead Harvest with heart, conviction, and joy. William’s passion is clear teaching that connects God’s Word to everyday life. Lisa brings warmth, pastoral care, and a listening ear to women and families. Together, they lead with grace, humor, and a heart for every person who walks through our doors.
❤️ Kids Ministry Director — Ronda Krebs
Ronda leads Harvest Kids with care, consistency, and a genuine love for children and families. She creates a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where kids learn about Jesus at their level. From first-time check-in to weekly teaching, Ronda helps parents feel confident that their children are known, protected, and valued.
Connections Director — Robbie Hodge
Robbie is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly. She oversees guest connections, communication, and day-to-day church operations, helping ensure your first visit is clear, welcoming, and stress-free. If you reach out before or after a service, Robbie will likely help guide your next step.
🌱 Youth Pastors — Pastor Jacob & Ashley Kent
Jacob and Ashley lead our youth ministry with a relational approach that meets students where they are. With a friendly spirit and a heart for young lives, they help teens encounter Jesus, build community, and grow in faith. They’re also raising their own boys in this life of faith and grace.
Worship Pastor — Pastor Caleb Strickland
Caleb leads our worship team with heart and passion. You’ll see him on Sunday mornings helping lead songs that invite people into genuine worship. Caleb also leads a mid-week small group as he helps others connect with following Jesus.
🎛️ AVL (Music) Director — Chris Downey
Chris helps create a worship environment that is clear, distraction-free, and inviting. With a heart for excellence and teamwork, he supports our musicians and worship leaders so the focus stays where it belongs, on worshiping God together. His role helps ensure that every voice is heard and every moment flows with purpose.
❤️ Care Pastor — Pastor John Whitaker
John and Bea have seven daughters and a lifetime of stories that connect with real life. As our Care Pastor, John helps make this church a place where people feel supported, understood, and cared for. He leads our follow-up with first-time guests and pastoral care with compassion and integrity.
🎨 Creative Support — Pastor Brittany Monteleone
Brittany brings creativity, energy, and care to Harvest. She helps shape experiences that help people connect with God and each other. With a joyful spirit and love for people of all ages, Brittany makes ministry a place of encouragement and hope.
🤝 Support Pastors — Pastors Jerry and Debbie Fleming
Jerry and Debbie serve together with heart and enthusiasm. Debbie brings a dynamic voice to worship and teaching, while Jerry supports prayer ministry and community life. They help make Harvest a place where you can grow, serve, and be encouraged in your faith.
